12,000 Jambograms delivered to Scouts

Thursday, 14 January 2010

Over 12,000 Jambograms sent by family and friends have been delivered over the past 11 days to the Scouts attending AJ2010.

The Jambogram (Jamboree Telegram) online tool allowed parents and friends to send letters to Scouts camping in Troop lines at AJ2010. Submitted Jambograms would be printed by JNN, sorted and then distributed via a network of Subcamp and Troop leaders. All up 24 reams of paper were consumed prinitng all the Jambograms.

To ensure that all the Jambograms are delived to the Scouts before they leave Cataract Scout Park the Jambogram service has been turned off.

Thank you to everyone who sent a Jambogram. The Scouts loved them.
