13,000 scouts and leaders to celebrate the end of a successful jamboree
Major General Michael Jeffrey, National President of Scouts Australia will officially close the 22nd Australian Jamboree 2010 on Thursday 14 January 2010 at 7:00 p.m. (EST). The closing ceremony will be held at Cataract Scout Park in Sydney, NSW. Read more…

Traffic Alert – 14 – 16 January 2010
RTA and local police wish to alert all vehicles travelling near Cataract Scout Park in Appin between (Thursday 14 – Saturday 16 January) of heavy traffic and a reduced speed zone.
The NSW Police and RTA have reduced the speed zone on Appin Road passing the Cataract Scout Park in Appin to 60 km. Read more…

What: 22nd Australian Scout Jamboree 2010
Scouts will handover 40 dog kennels constructed at WorldSkills Australia’s Try’a Trade program to RSPCA NSW at an official ceremony commencing at 11:30am. During the Jamboree, Scouts have participated in the Try’a Trade program which gives them the opportunity to try trades and skill based activities. Read more…

More than 10,000 kids will get active at the 22nd Australian Scout Jamboree
Ten scouts (5 boys and 5 girls) from around Australia have been chosen as the 22nd Australian Scout Jamboree-2010 (AJ2010) ‘Active-Kids’ champions. These scouts will motivate more than 10,000 kids attending AJ2010 to get active at the jamboree. Read more…
